Notary notice

Florida law requires a notary public who is not an attorney and who advertises notarial services in a language other than English to display the following notice in English and in that language (section 117.05, Florida Statutes):

Not a law firm

KG Prints & Professional Services Inc. is not a law firm, and no one at our business is an attorney. We provide administrative document assistance at your direction. We do not give legal advice, legal opinions or recommendations about your legal rights, options or which forms to use. Communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Help completing legal forms

When we assist with completing legal forms, we enter the information exactly as you provide it and give you the written nonlawyer disclosure required by the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

No immigration services

We do not provide immigration services or advice of any kind.

Not a government agency

We are a private business and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. Government filing fees are charged by the agency and are separate from our fees.

Notary fees

Florida law limits notary fees to $10 for each notarial act and $20 for solemnizing a marriage. Charges for other services, such as document preparation, translation or travel, are separate and are explained before any work begins.

Notary seal

A notary seal is used only on notarized documents, as Florida law requires. It is never used in advertising.

Translations

Translations are prepared with care. Acceptance of a translation is decided by the agency, court or institution that receives it.
