Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website or request our services.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to this website and to the services offered by KG Prints & Professional Services Inc., doing business as KG Professional Services (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What we do
We provide administrative assistance with documents, English–Spanish translations, notary services by a Florida-commissioned notary public, and help with business filings, in English and Spanish.
3. We are not a law firm
We are not attorneys and we are not a law firm. We cannot give legal advice, choose forms for you, tell you which option is best for your situation, or represent you before any court or agency. Using our services does not create an attorney-client relationship, and your communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney licensed in Florida. We do not provide immigration services. We are not affiliated with any government agency.
4. Your responsibilities
- You decide which documents and forms you need and what information goes in them.
- You are responsible for giving us complete, accurate and truthful information. When we prepare a form, we enter the information exactly as you provide it.
- Please review every document carefully before you sign or submit it.
- You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purpose.
5. Notary services
- The signer must appear as required by Florida law and present acceptable, current identification.
- A notarization confirms the signer’s identity and the act of signing or taking an oath. It does not confirm that the document’s contents are true, legal or suitable for your purpose.
- The notary may refuse to notarize if identification is not satisfactory, the document is incomplete, the signer does not appear to understand the document or appears to be acting under pressure, or the notary believes the act would not comply with the law.
- Notary fees follow the limits set by Florida law: $10 per notarial act and $20 for a wedding ceremony. Other services, such as document preparation or travel, are separate and will be explained before the work begins.
- Mobile appointments and wedding ceremonies are scheduled in advance, subject to availability.
6. Translations
We translate documents between English and Spanish with care and to the best of our ability. When requested, the translator can sign a statement that the translation is complete and accurate. This statement is signed by the translator and is not a notarial act; a Florida notary public cannot certify translations. Each agency, court, school or institution decides for itself whether to accept a translation, so please confirm its requirements before ordering.
7. Document preparation and business filings
We prepare and submit documents at your direction and based on the information you give us. Government agencies make their own decisions and set their own processing times; we cannot guarantee that a filing will be accepted or approved, or how long it will take. Government filing fees are separate from our fees. We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, including advice about which type of business entity to form.
8. Fees, payment and appointments
We will tell you our fees before we begin work. Payment is due as explained when the service is agreed. Services are by appointment; if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
9. Use of this website
The information on this website is general and may change without notice. It is not legal advice. You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending spam, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.
10. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, logo and graphics belong to KG Prints & Professional Services Inc. or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
11. Other websites
Links to other websites, including government websites, are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
12. Disclaimers
This website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the website, including that it will always be available or error-free.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, and our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Florida law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
